SMS Messaging Terms

If you give us your mobile number, we may send you text messages for these purposes only:

• One-time passcodes so you can sign in to your patient portal.
• Reminders about appointments you have already booked with us.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

You opt in by entering your own mobile number on our website and requesting the message — for example, by choosing the Phone option on the sign-in page and tapping “Send code”, or by giving your number when you book an appointment. We never add a number that the patient did not provide.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. Passcodes are sent only when you request one. Appointment reminders are sent only for appointments you have booked.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will get one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt in once more. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from your care at the clinic, and you can still sign in to the portal by email or with Google.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, your device, or your coverage.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
